Taxi!

They are filming a movie in the Upper West Side right now. As I walked across my street to grab groceries, I noticed the taxis. At first it didn't seem unusual...then I realized how many there were.

Saturday Softly Slipping By

Company coming into town cancelled at the last minute, so I suddenly have a free weekend, and that is a luxury I do not take for granted.

I walked across the street to the Silver Moon Bakery and enjoyed an iced coffee as I wrote, finally catching up on writing some letters for my mail art friends.
